Melbourne Workplace
A strategy to reposition the base building asset and to create fluid interior spaces that speaks the workplace brand.
Icon was initially engaged for the base building refurbishment including roofing, brickwork, rising damp & penetrating damp rectification works. Registered builders in multiple states, the Icon construction team brought new life, purpose, and identity to the existing building.
Following the external building refurbishment and tenancy health checklist works, the Icon design studio space mapped the tenancy using proprietary office fitout benchmark performance metrics. Accentuating the brand and breathing new life into the workplace flow.

Creating a strategic workplace vision, the outcome was open plan working while still achieving departmental clarity through colour and geometry. Minimalist colour palette and a boutique vibe, fostering a culture of professionalism & innovation.
