Victoria Ambulance Union
Representing over 6,000 paramedics and ambulance workers across Victoria, VAU is a mission driven organisation.
The new Victorian Ambulance Union workplace headquarters had to propel the organisational mission forward and bring back the staff to the office, from what had become a covid-driven work from home culture.
Victorian Ambulance Union approached several office fitout in companies in Melbourne, for multiple office fitout quote proposals as part of their governance protocol. Upon all cost proposals received, the quotes were submitted to a 45 member scrutiny & vote which resulted in icon Interiors being awarded the design and construct office fitout project.
Dealing with Icon, the quote is completely what was delivered, there hasn’t been extra add-ons that we’ve had to be hit up with along the way
The office floorplan design was optimised for people & space flow and departmental collaboration, and to achieve building code & fire compliance. The office partitioning build was premium acoustic control sound proofing construction, to guarantee secure and confidential office spaces.
