Empowered Financial - Williamstown

Financial planners, Empowered Financial partnered with Icon Interiors for the new offices in Williamstown.  With client confidentiality being key, the Icon space planning team came up with a blueprint design that included the all-important speech unintelligibility.

Previously RI Invest, Empowered Financial needed to take their new brand into a strategic direction to attract higher net worth clientele. Icon Interiors were engaged by Empowered for Change Consultancy, the engineered space blueprint, right through to the compliance & construction. Providing the full transformation of the Williamstown office fitout, resulted in a self-propelled environment where the work space became the body language of the organisation.

Varying styles of meeting spaces for the Financial advisors, clients and admin staff were necessary, providing formal & informal with privacy and confidentiality.  Functionality and operational efficiencies were front of mind from the get-go, with the finished layout design also making events & financial functions at the Williamstown workplace possible.
