Creating an identity centre in Australia, for global company Morson Group.
Specialising in Aerospace & Nuclear, Morson is the largest engineering recruiter in the UK. Creating an identity centre in Australia for a global entity with over 60 locations, requires expertise in the workplace science of people behaviour & cultural performance.
Morson Group approached several Melbourne office fitout and workplace design studios, with the need to convert an existing warehouse into an identity hub for the Morson brand & people in Australia. Subsequently Icon Interiors was awarded the workplace identity design & office fitout.
Normally I negotiate, but I can see this is a fair deal for both parties
The Icon studio created a multi-layered & experiential brand hub, for the 150 Morson colleagues in Australia. Genius space utilisation was created across the 2 levels, with performance mapping of space flow, people flow, and department collaboration. Value managed design & construction expertise also created a cost-effective build completion & project delivery.
