Leecare Solutions – Essendon

Icon was engaged to propel the company mission throughout the office environment, so that the workspace has become the body language of the organisation. Engineering the space for sustainable growth. "At Leecare, we start each day with a purpose and a mission".

Arriving at work, the Leecare team are greeted with an open plan workspace reflecting the company mission. Biophilic elements at play, natural light flows in from the front windows illuminating the whole building. Utilising the 5 Wellbeing Principles™ behind the science of design, along with natural light illuminating the building. Featured flooring creates a sense of purpose & direction, with multicoloured pendants in the new suspended ceiling transformed the office into a creative and innovative hub.

The space was engineered with functionality and productivity being a core driving force, resulting in a design suitable for sit-to-stand electric desks. Also included in the ergonomic healthcare promoting the Leecare people performance were dual arm monitors, fully adjustable ergonomic chairs and full length whiteboards. The transformation included a fully functional kitchen space, custom wall to wall storage seating and an interactive projector, providing the team with a space to continue developing the award winning aged care software solutions while fostering a strong team culture.

Leecare Solutions partnered with Icon Interiors for the second time in less than 3 years to develop their company mission it into a physical reality for their growing team and second software development office. "At Leecare, we start each day with a purpose and a mission."

As they arrive at work, employees are greeted with an open plan workspace and natural light flowing in from the front windows illuminating the whole building. Bright feature flooring, with multicoloured pendants in the new suspended ceiling transformed the office into a creative and innovative space to inspire the Leecare employees to continue delivering award winning technology!

Functionality and productivity was a core driving force in the design, resulting in sit-to-stand electric desks being fitted out with dual arm monitors, fully adjustable ergonomic chairs and full length whiteboards enabling the team to work at their peak performance.

A fully functional kitchen space, wall to wall storage seating and interactive projector completed the workspace transformation and provided the team with a space to develop their award winning aged care software solutions while fostering a strong team culture.
