Contemporary high end client experience, delivered with value managed construction efficiency.
For this specialist orthopaedic clinic, the vision was for a contemporary and calming client experience. The Icon Interiors inhouse design team created a calming neutral colour scheme of blues & beiges, warmed by feature brass fixtures and curvilinear forms.
Additional to the medical fitout interior design experience, a key objective was to maximise return on investment through space planning for additional consult rooms. Icon’s medical practice benchmark space planning methodology unlocked an extra consulting room and treatment room.

To achieve additional fee earning capacity from the investment, the inhouse engineering team carried out structural assessments and designed a compliant building solution to unlock additional usable tenancy space. Regarding the floorplan outcome, Mr Vishal’s words were that Icon’s plan was ‘far above my expectations of what I thought could be done’.
