Workplace design is genius space engineering within physical constraints.
Digital Basis creates technology innovation for clients in Australia and across the globe. Digital Basis founder, Owen McCrink, awarded Icon as the winning workplace design for his new compact tenancy. The Icon studio created the new headquarters not simply as a place for work to be done, but as an Identity Centre for the expanding team. Through a strategic insight into the building code, Icon created genius space utilisation and unconventional office design innovation.
With space limitations and physical constraints within the new compact cold shell tenancy, Icon creating multiple work and collaborative zones in an award-winning office design. A quiet room loft space was additionally created and achieved full compliance to the Building Code of Australia, to the delight of the Digital Basis stakeholders and people.
I have a friend who’s an architect. After he came here, he said it’s the best space utilisation he has ever seen.
With agile and flexible working being an integral part of the way the Digital Basis team thrives, Icon created the workplace environment to be a cultural DNA fuel centre where the people could be reconnected and engaged with the corporate vision and revenue objectives of the company.
