Specialist Knee surgeon with a vision of starting his own clinic. Icon partnered with Melbourne Arthroplasty to propel their success.
Knee reconstruction, knee replacement, knee replacement revision surgery and joint preservation, Nigel improves the quality of life. With the mission to improve more lives, Nigel purchased his own tenancy to convert to a medical centre as the foundation of his specialist care work.
After going out to medical fitout designers in the market, it became uncertain that the purchased tenancy was large enough to achieve the return on investment objectives. Nigel reached out to Icon Interiors, for another perspective of the possibilities of the tenancy space. The Icon studio space mapped the tenancy using benchmark medical clinic fitout performance metrics, through the Icon studio proprietary Force Multiplier™ analysis.
The space utilisation Icon Interiors came up with was really good, it was not something that we had thought of….2 other consulting suites and a treatment room that we honestly thought we wouldn’t actually get!”
The result is a medical clinic that sparks excellence. A medical fitout space that creates a motivational brand statement, giving hope and inspiration to the clinic patients and consultants. With injured & aged human knees being central to the clinic design considerations, custom joinery and a new shopfront with electric door facilitating ease of access to the warm & welcoming reception experience.
