McGrath - Mount Waverley
Beginning from a small Paddington Sydney office in 1988, John McGrath developed a real estate philosophy based on integrity and transparency.
Carefully selecting Designers & Architects for review, John McGrath had to be sure the McGrath entrance into Victoria would be successful. Playing a crucial part in the success of the venture, The new flagship office needed to be executed well, fulfill a vision, and provide an environment where the team could exceed all previous successes.
Following the personal interviewing process, John selected Icon Interiors from the mix to bring his vision to life. The inhouse design team masterminded a optimised space utilisation workplace design layout using the proprietary Force Multiplier™ & the behavioural science behind people performance, with cost value management ensuring a high return on investment.

The engaging space provides high levels of spatial engagement with wayfinding, biophilic elements, optimisation of natural light and the overarching acoustic mitigation strategy ensuring an self-propelled environment where the workplace becomes the body language™ of the organisation.
