Tollway Ringwood
Design & construct office fitout for a corporate enterprise managing the tollway in Melbourne's east.
Icon was awarded the full scope engagement to design & build a highly functional workplace and flowing client space for public entry and over the counter service. The inhouse space planning team at Icon workshopped with management for a multi-disciplinary review. Heat mapping of people flow, and design principles including spatial engagement and wayfinding were optimised.
Devoted to the safety and security of Victorians travelling on the tollways, the client required no disruption to the monitored road links in the event of emergency response. This required all site works to take place after business hours, to ensure continued & smooth operation of the tollway. Icon Interiors trades carried out the onsite refurbishment each night for the duration of the works for a seamless project delivery.
The operational review of customer service & corporate reception resulted in a beautiful interior environment. The Icon people performance strategy provided a flowing client journey and experience. Icon Interiors took the corporate stakeholders through the engineered space blueprint, 3D render concept visuals, and interior architecture journey. From design to construction delivery, this Melbourne office fitout was a seamless success for the client.
