Phil, Malek & ICON INTERIORS joined forces in the courageous endeavour to launch Gladstone Park’s Ray White. Both starting out in Real Estate at the age of 20, the passion, motivation & commitment to Real Estate of Phil & Malek results in 30 years of local experience between them.

The Gladstone Park tenancy space was engineered for both clients & the Ray White team to thrive, a real focus on people performance & spatial engagement. The stylish professional atmosphere of the client meet & greet spaces cater for refreshments, with the 4m high exposed ceilings, polished concrete flooring, timber feature wall & planting creating a healthy biophilic environment.

I’ve grown my career in workplaces that have engaged Icon Interiors for around 15 years, and with the overall finished result, we are very happy. We had a vision, and the Icon team delivered our vision & more with the excellent workmanship, the design, & Gavin’s design ideas.

Whiteboards, TVs & collaboration spaces finish the workspace in this office fitout Melbourne, team communication & technology playing a big part in the working success of Phil & Malek’s team. The high energy team are perfectly suited to their new workspace, with the ICON INTERIORS in-house team providing both the design genius and the construction and build.
