INLITE – Cremorne

Let there be light! The hipster epicentre in Cremorne achieves high levels of spatial engagement - with both natural light AND beautiful feature lighting!

Merging 3 brands into a single Victorian location, a thorough workplace transformation strategy was needed to bring together the different brand cultures into a joined thriving team, whilst addressing acoustic control issues inherent in the beautiful heritage listed building. The design & layout engineered blueprint required a journey of learning new ways of working and collaboration.

When the Gerrard group merged 3 brands into a single Victorian location, a thorough workplace transformation strategy was needed to bring together the different brand cultures into a thriving team, and address acoustic control issues inherent in the building. Inlite partnered with Icon interiors for the challenge of bringing together a brilliant workplace, sympathetic with the heritage parameters and the landlord who just loves the place! Working with very experienced loyal staff who have been there for up to 30 years as well as much younger team members who will drive the company forward required a journey of learning new ways of working and collaboration!
