ICON’s strategic insight into the building code and depth of field in construction & value engineering is how we achieved the extraordinary for The Agency’s brand growth and people revitalisation. Retaining structural floorplan elements where possible, the outcome was a significantly scaled revenue return on investment ratio for the Agency, and an environment of renewal and wellbeing for their people.

Creating a transition point from reception & waiting areas, the coffee bar planter box wall continues the journey into meeting spaces, collaboration and re-charge areas. The phone booths flow on from the coloration spaces & lead into the light filled kitchen and boardroom. The team feedback following the completion of the project has been as expected with the people performance strategy, with the rear balcony of the kitchen area proving a perfect space to unwind.

Minimalist sharp white surfaces, industrial elements such as polished concrete flooring, exposed ceilings contrasting with the crisp white stones and joinery. Icon interiors experience in cost control management, value engineering and deep understanding of what The Agency needed to achieve as an expanding brand made Icon Interiors an excellent fit.  Proud stewards of our clients money, our designers eye cut through the existing tenancy scrambled mess, working out what floorplan elements could be retained to maximise return on investment (ROI).  The coffee bar planter box wall creates a transition point from reception and waiting areas into meeting spaces and collaboration and re-charge areas, flowing through into the phone booths, and into the light filled kitchen and boardroom.  The staff love coming through the kitchen area to the rear balcony, for a great spot to unwind in.
