NeuroMuscular Orthotics
On a mission to enable people to live an ‘ordinary’ life, Neuromuscular Orthotics healthcare clinic provide their clients with mobility and independence.
This laboratory & client care centre is the new flagship Headquarters for NMO. Icon was engaged to revolutionise the use of medical fitout space and operational performance of the laboratory and prosthetic manufacturing processes.
Creating a seamless flow of people, materials and data, the performance outcome of the laboratory & workshop areas was extraordinary. Integrated into the laboratory experience is a raked ceiling design to capture an abundance of natural light from the existing high windows.
Icon clearly had standout expertise in our complex requirements.
The Icon studio designed this Melbourne medical fitout space to enrich patient experience, for the regularly visiting healthcare patients of NMO. A respectful lounge waiting area integrated into the medical fitout design, further enhances the reassuring environment.
