Panalpina Group - Tullamarine
A world leading provider of supply chain solutions, Panalpina combines core products of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics to deliver globally integrated, tailor-made end-to-end solutions. Monika Ribar, Global CEO engaged ICON INTERIORS to facilitate company growth and people performance.
The engineered space blueprint of the new Panalpina Group was a key facilitator, enabling them to draw on in-depth industry know-how and use their customized IT systems. Using the Force Multiplier™ methodology, ICON INTERIORS worked with Monica (a past board member of Logitech & in the top 50 prominent business women in the world) reviewing the plan for future growth plan and how the workplace could support.

Part of a global network with over 500 offices in more than 75 countries, the new Panalpina Group site blueprint needed meeting spaces with varying levels of privacy. People performance was a big consideration with employing over 15,000 people worldwide, with wall murals of company visions & ethics featuring throughout the Tullamarine offices. Getting the workplace right for the team and company continued growth was key, and the unveiling of the Panalpina Tullamarine office was enjoyed by all.
