An inspirational office, for an award winning team.

People performance was key for the Ray White team in Burwood. The team needed a workplace environment to inspire - with the high achievers accessible - enabling junior members to upskill and further their careers in the real estate industry.

Following assessment of the tenancy and understanding the Burwood offices plan for team growth, the Icon Interiors team engineered workplace blueprint included staff zones, a variety of functional client meeting spaces, providing the opportunity for future functions and events.

Ray White today is still a family owned business, now spanning residential, commercial and rural property as well as hotels, marine, property management and property funds investment.

Ray White Burwood, situated on the fringe of the City Of Whitehorse, City of Monash and City of Boroondara, engaged Icon Interiors to design & construct there new office to provide for a team of 10+. The office design included workstations, a boardroom fitout, multiple meeting rooms, a reception and kitchen.
