Game changing space utilisation, unlocking a thriving space for collaboration & breakout
The McGrath design team took the design as far as they could with the old original building. The Icon Studio was then engaged for space analysis and quantity surveying for the construction delivery. Utilising the proprietary Force Multiplier™ methodology and strategic insight into the Building code, the Icon Studio unlocked a perceived unusable space and utilised it into a thriving collaboration and breakout people space.
This genius space utilisation breakthrough was a game changer for the McGrath people, and created a cultural glue within the office spaces. Disrupting the status quo with purpose and high expectation, the office became a thriving environment with a renewal of energy and tempo propelling the business forward to reach its revenue & growth objectives.
