Winning design to create an inclusive full spectrum Allied Health Super clinic, loved by clients and specialist staff.
With light filled spaces and flowing floorplan design, this clinic has achieved world class space utilisation and significant return on investment into the future for the stakeholders. With Icon Interiors’ unique inhouse expertise in inclusive medical design for allied health & full spectrum therapy, the turnkey fitout completion creates a therapeutic environment that is loved by clients and the valued specialist staff.
With 16 consult rooms, sensory zone, gym space, and large kitchen and staff breakout space, this is a one-of-a-kind Allied Health super clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and facility. With NDIS accreditation, this holistic health clinic provides full spectrum allied health services including podiatry, speech pathology, psychology, massage and occupational therapy.
Our clinic has very interesting shape which required very creative design. Icon gave us about 10 different designs…..we were able to hide so many columns, and take advantage of the space
Icon Interiors inhouse delivered all aspects of this medical fitout project, including a strategic town planning submission to achieve a dispensation for reduction of carparks which critical for the success of the project. The Icon medical compliance team demonstrated full compliance for certificate of occupancy for successful medical permit approval.
