Merging three tenancies into one for Lindellas, the ICON INTERIORS space planning & design teams worked together to review the existing offices, & establish the future needs for growth and people performance. The expansive 889 Whitehorse road shopfront reflects the transparent & open real estate culture of Lindellas Box Hill.

Featuring an open bluestone floor, the reception space is centre stage with timber wall panelling and stone clad reception counter. Incorporating both open & private meeting areas, an acoustic mitigation strategy was paramount for confidentiality. Double doors open up from the reception area into a large corporate boardroom including the latest technology projector & motorised screen. The highly functional kitchen & break out area can open up further, doubling up to create a large entertainment, training or event space. With ample storage, focus spaces & utilities spaces, the team can both share & collaborate or knuckle down for intense focus work.

Icon interiors space planning team and interior designers worked together to review the present, establish the future needs, and design for a high-performance community all pulling together to achieve mission success – a community to Build Trusting Partnerships, and Reach New Heights in Business.

The expansive shopfront at 889 Whitehorse road of Lindellas reflects the transparent & open real estate culture of Lindellas Box Hill. Lead by Dennis & Eric, this team expanded & renovated their Box Hill office earlier this year. The reception features an open bluestone floor, with timber feature wall panelling and stone clad reception. There are 2 open meeting areas as well as 2 private acoustic meeting rooms.

Double doors from the reception area open into a large corporate boardroom with latest technology projector & motorised screen – this space opens into the kitchen breakout & kitchen area. All can be opened up to create a large entertainment/event space. Behind the client contact area, the team works together, with ample storage & utilities spaces, & even 2 individual acoustic phone booths for intense focus work.
