MEX Group - Mulgrave

Our build team achieved the extraordinary, facilitating MEX Group to continue their full scale operations for the duration of the meticulous construction works at the Mulgrave offices. With the ICON build team’s rapid mobilsation and meticulous program execution, MEX continued a seamless and uninterrupted operation removing temporary relocation costs and disruption.

As a professional services team, a sophisticated look suitable for client meetings was required, that also incorporated company growth, people performance and resourceful storage solutions. ICON INTERIORS experienced build teams worked nightshift throughout the project duration to strip out and build walls, transform flooring and deliver a string of stunning transformations to wow the MEX team with as they arrived each morning.

The inhouse passionate design team using the Force Multiplier™, engineered the space to maximise the natural light from three sides of the building bringing. Combined with natural timber tones and real plants to create a biophilic, harmonious and healthy work environment, yet another one of the 5 Wellbeing Pillars was showcased within this blueprint. Strong project management and communication ensured client satisfaction and minimal disruption, making this challenging project a triumphant success.
