Jellis Craig Corporate - South Yarra
Nick Dowling, CEO of the Jellis Craig Group (and former Head of Real Estate for Macquarie Business Banking) is an inspirational leader who continues to drive the success of one of Melbourne's leading agencies. Nick partnered with ICON INTERIORS to deliver their new Jellis Craig corporate offices in South Yarra.
With timeless class being key for the corporate offices, the ICON INTERIORS team engineered a space that would stand the test of time with both aesthetics, and in the space & design layout blueprint.
With the Jellis Craig mantra of honesty, integrity and accountability within every client transaction, the teams engagement with the workplace was key. Using the science of design behind the 5 Wellbeing Principles™, the ICON team masterminded to maximise the city views and natural light, and the operational efficiencies and functionality to enable a smooth company growth journey.
Very impressive and thorough design process
The corporate office has both separate offices and open plan working, with the glass of the offices providing the collaboration vibe & team connectivity while maintaining confidentiality where required. The busy hub of high achievers was designed with an overarching acoustic mitigation strategy in place, and includes breakout, collaboration and relax zones to re-charge. Beginning with tenancy advisory, ICON INTERIORS inhouse teams went through the compliance, engineering and interior design stages, through to construct and project management for final completion.
