Creating a dramatic people centre for personal development & team momentum, for Ray White to be the #1 in the region.
By 2030, Generation Z & Millennials will be 75% of the workforce. Businesses are now recognising the Workplace environment is now in competition with the Work from Home environment. For many growing organisations, their people being out of the office for a significant part of the working week is a long-term threat to talent dispersion & team objectives. Icon Interiors was awarded the Ray White design because of depth of expertise in creating spaces of choice, where people are emotionally engaged & driven to be part of a thriving central hub.
As part of the 60+ million new building development, Ray White CEO Domenic Belfiore secured 3 side-by-side tenancies for the new flagship office. The Icon in-house studio performed all technical considerations to combine the tenancies, including fire engineering compliance, car park reductions, and town planning approval for change of use from retail to office. Speed of construction was delivered through the Icon integrated build & delivery team.
Acoustically it just works really well, the space is fantastic. The team at Icon did a fabulous design, the energy of the team is at an all-time high. These guys (Icon) knew what they’re were on about, they’re great at their craft.
Navigating the re-imagining of space, the war for talent, and the new reality for Workplace design, Icon Interiors created a flexible & collaborative hub integrated with acoustic control and ability to perform with focus and energy. Working with an industrial vibe, the Icon design studio utilised the concrete columns and walls exposure to foster a subtle grunge tone, integrated with a masculine colour palette and enlivened by splashes of Ray White corporate yellow.
