Project
Northcote Paws Vet
Transformation to a Modern Veterinary Clinic.
Transforming a small unfit building into a spacious modern veterinary clinic in a cost-effective outcome by applying our expertise in design, value management, structural engineering, inhouse Veterinary Town Planning approval and permit compliance.
With the limited inner Melbourne building options, our client had a vision of a new highly functional Animal Care Clinic. Following the turnkey transformation a functional modern Vet clinic has emerged, complete with new rear access.
I did speak to another fitout company who told me it would be about double the cost
Our team focused on creating a functional, contemporary space that aligned with the bespoke requirements of the vet practice, ensuring both efficiency and comfort. From optimizing the layout to incorporating modern finishes, we delivered a space that enhances the client experience while improving staff workflow, making it a vibrant hub for animal care.
