Jellis Craig - Armadale

A successful team, Jellis Craig Armadale’s lack of usable workspace hampered the continued success & growth plan.

Previously unsuccessful attempts at space utilisation had stalled team growth, and in a desperate bid to fit more revenue generating staff into the workplace – the outdoor courtyard & re-charge zone the team frequented was about to be sacrificed.  Icon Interiors were called in and the genius space utilisation journey began.  

Extraordinary space utilisation through engineering and architecture genius was achieved, incorporating the existing 8m high ceilings and curved glass roofing features.  The premium finish centrepiece oval shaped floating boardroom within the iconic building provided architectural sympathy and required innovative construction methods.  Working within the occupied building, Icon Interiors developed a phased programme of works that maintained business continuity and minimised disruption.
