Is this pandemic forcing the end of offices? Why are primary caregivers so crucial in the workplace?

Another interesting discussion around this current pandemic is the role of mums in the workforce. I have spoken to a lot of people in this situation, and they find that coming to work gives them a sense of belonging, a social group to bond with and a chance to talk to adults! A lot of mums find it hugely rewarding, it expands their mindset & helps them with the challenges in their personal life. They find there is a caring support network, they might be in a team of five or a team of 50, and they know that in their team everyone has got their back. These are key elements which promote strong mental health, and resilient relationships through people being able to interact and deliver value in their organisations.
