Eastlink - Ringwood
Eastlink / ConnectEast Group is a private company dedicated to the financing, design, construction, maintenance and operation of the EastLink tollway in Melbourne's east. ICON INTERIORS were engaged by Eastlink, to deliver a highly functional workplace for the team, and an efficient space for serving over the counter clients.
Working with Eastlink management to establish what was required daily, required a multi-disciplinary review. Day to day operational efficiencies for client interactions was key, with spatial engagement and walk-in client awareness. The Eastlink team devoted to the safety and security of Victorians travelling on the Eastlink tollway in Melbourne’s east needed to remain highly alert in security monitored focus zones ready to act on emergencies. All works needed to take place after business hours, to ensure continued & smooth operation of the tollway, with Team ICON Management and trades being onsite every night for the duration of the works.
The operational review of customer service & corporate reception resulted in an amazing place for clients, with the people performance strategy for the client faced spaces to provide a client ‘journey’ and a continual and efficient people flow. ICON INTERIORS took the Eastlink stakeholders through the engineered space blueprint, 3D render concept visioning, interior architecture & design, project & construction management journey, with a compliant and secure highly functional result.
